The LSC brings together ship officers at the annual seminar

On April 24, an annual ship officers seminar was held to discuss the company’s recent developments and the success of the last year. The main topic of this year’s seminar was safety on the board. The Chairman of the Management Board of the company Robert Kirkup emphasized that during the last year, working with the new LSC brand, there was a rapid growth of the company in all areas.

“The company’s achievements are visible – In the course of a year, the number of vessels under technical management has risen by one and a half times, and after more than a decade of interruption, the LSC team has been entrusted the management of gas carrier vessels. The number of seafarers employed is on the rise, and last year LSC provided work- for more than 1,500 seafarers, most of whom are from Latvia,” says Robert Kirkup, Chairman of the Management Board of LSC.
