CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT IS A KEY TO SUCCESSFUL MANAGEMENT!
In August LSC has created 2 new trainings for our seagoing staff!
Both trainings are practical and interactive with many tricks & tips to keep in mind and use in daily work!
First training is ‘Our Brain and Behaviour’ in cooperation with Capt. Andrey Mikhaylov as our Company needs seafarers to support our Safety Vision and Safety Mindset.
Second training is tailored made Chef training by Chef Ina Poļiščenko and Gemoss! The aim is to show newest techniques, inspire for new recipes and remain how to use ‘nose to tail’ principles!
